Rock balancing is a very cool. There is no trick. Just rocks and the commitment of the artist. It looks impossible. What is holding the rocks together? The artist knows where best to fit each rock. The diversity of shape and size of different rocks just add to the amazing final sculpture.
Vision, balance, commitment, and a light touch. All there for the artist balancing rocks and yes, for us too as leaders.
I have seen Rock Balancing for myself locally at Sausalito California where Bill Dan performs. Bill is the modern father of this performance art form. It is amazing to watch. I invite you to watch for yourself.
